MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN OUR COMMUNITIES
At HealthWare Systems we believe that success should be shared – not just throughout our company, but throughout our community as well. We honor that commitment by contributing time, money, and resources to local charities, with a special focus on initiatives that support education, health, and well-being.
Every year in December, HealthWare Systems makes contributions to the Elgin, Illinois Community Crisis Center. The center provides safety, hope, advocacy, respite and education for citizens impacted by crisis and violence. We also make contributions to Ronald McDonald Houses and Feeding America. We also encourage our staff to help where they can, including donating blood to donations centers.
HealthWare has begun centering our team-building exercises around projects that benefit individuals and families in need. Our entire staff spent a day packaging food donations for Feed My Starving Children, at the Schaumburg, Illinois service center.
This winter, we collected toys beneath our tree for a local Toys for Tots campaign. The primary goal is to deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.
